COMBI-WALLS
WHY CHOOSE US?
We carefully choose our strategic partners based on various product characteristics, including diameter, wall thickness, length, steel grade, protective coating, and fabrication. Our production adheres to national and international manufacturing standards, including EN 10219-1, EN 10219-2, ASTM A 252, API 2B, and API 5L, to ensure that it meets project specifications.
For maritime projects, we prioritize protective coatings to aerial, splash zone, and immersed parts, to prevent corrosion caused by factors such as salinity, pollution, temperature, tides, waves, ultraviolet rays, and fouling. We use different protection measures as classified by ISO 12944 Class C5 (onshore), Class CX (offshore), and Cl. IM2 for immersed structures, or Cl. IM4 with cathodic protection. If a durability warranty is required, we provide one from the paint manufacturer who monitors the applicator. To prevent any damage to the coating during transport, we attach ropes to bare parts, and the paint manufacturer guarantees the coating's life expectancy of 7 to 25+ years.
Our main focus is to deliver high-quality products, and we provide quality documents such as:
- Inspection and Test Plan,
- Welding Procedure Specification,
- Mill Test Certificate,
- Inspection Release Note,
- Non-Destructive Tests report (visual, dimensional, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, X-ray),
- Mechanical tests (tensile, yield, elongation, toughness), and
- Chemical analyses with Carbon Equivalent value can attest to the quality of our documents.
- Additionally, we inspect the coating's surface preparation, film thickness, adherence, and porosity using holiday or wet sponge tests.
We are passionate about on-site production, especially for difficult-to-access locations. We use a mobile mill to produce in-situ spiral piles, with the option to weld interlocks for combi-walls, reducing the cost of transport and repair. We produce based on real-time measurements, which reduces the cut-off allowance added to the purchased pile lengths. On-site production can also help avoid fees and taxes levied on the destination according to incentives on investment and employment policies
